SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed regarding the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area every day. The assistance stage designed for intervention ordeals a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it hard here with the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will sassa status check mobilise extra means to allow the servicing of all customers and increase usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
